Individual Therapy Intensives: Move Forward Without Waiting
When you’re facing challenges like anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, waiting a week between sessions can slow down your progress. Individual therapy intensives provide focused time to work through your concerns in a shorter period, allowing for deeper exploration and faster breakthroughs.
With sessions scheduled over consecutive days, you can dive into what’s holding you back, gain clarity, and develop strategies to move forward—all without the usual time gaps. This approach can be just as effective if not more so, than traditional weekly therapy, offering quicker results when you need them most.

Structure and Duration:
2-Day Intensive:
Daily Schedule: 2 sessions per day, each 90 minutes long, with a break in between.
Total per day: 3 hours of therapy
Total duration: 6 hours over 2 days
3-Day Intensive:
Daily Schedule: 2 sessions per day, each 90 minutes long, with a break in between.
Total per day: 3 hours of therapy
Total duration: 9 hours over 3 days
For all intensives, we use a combination of mindfulness, somatic work, cognitive reframing, and emotional processing to help you make breakthroughs. The intensive format allows us to cover more ground, dive deeper into issues, and leave you with actionable steps for lasting change.
Follow-Up Support:
After completing your intensive, you can choose to schedule follow-up sessions to maintain your progress. These are 30-minute check-ins, once a week, for the next 4 weeks to ensure you're supported as you integrate what you've learned into your daily life.
