Q: Do you prescribe medication?
A: No, I do not prescribe medication. However, I work closely with psychiatrists to ensure a holistic approach to your mental health care.

Q: How confidential are the sessions?
A: Your privacy is very important to me. All sessions are confidential, and I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure your information is protected. The only exceptions are in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.

Q: How do virtual sessions work?
A: Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure video conferencing platform. Once you schedule your session, I will send you a link to join the meeting. Make sure you have a quiet, private space for our session, and a reliable internet connection.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurer to see if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged for the session. I understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Q: What should I do if I have an emergency between sessions?
A: If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact a crisis hotline for immediate support. For non-emergency situations, feel free to reach out to me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
